Timothy Cook
Principal/Managing Director

Prior to founding BulkREOnetwork.com, Inc, Timothy Cook was CEO for REO2Go, LLC where he developed a platform that managed the risk and disposition of millions in non-performing notes and REO assets.

With more than 20 years experience in various roles in real estate assets, including acquisitions, portfolio management, and dispositions, Mr. Cook founded Skyline Realty Group, LLC which has grown into a real estate brokerage that has liquidated millions in REO assets for various financial institutions across the country.

At BRN, Mr. Cook is responsible for all aspects of sourcing product for clients, and the fluid operation of the exit strategies designed to effectively liquidate assets for our clients.

Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University, a Michigan Real Estate Brokers License, and is an active member of the American Bankers Association and National Association of Realtors.

Roderick Strickland
Principal/General Counsel

Roderick D. Strickland brings over 20 years of professional experience providing legal representation and advice in the areas of real estate development, acquisition, financing, and management, with a particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements and structuring business arrangements. His clients have included commercial real estate developers, mortgage companies, construction companies, real estate professionals, and REO asset management companies.

More recently, Mr. Strickland has served as legal counsel to both sellers and buyers of non-performing assets including redemption notes and bulk REO assets. In that capacity, Mr. Strickland has negotiated and drafted several agreements to effectuate a seamless disposition of REO assets to the private investor market. At BNA, Mr. Strickland is responsible for ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance with day-to-day company operations and new business development.

Mr. Strickland received his Juries Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Arts with Academic Honors from Brandeis University. Mr. Strickland is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, State of Pennsylvania, and District of Columbia, and maintains numerous professional affiliations with local and national organizations.
